2 TB chicken fat-
2 eggs, well-beaten
1/4 cup matzoh meal
1/2 tsp. salt
little chopped fresh or dried parsley
dash pepper
Cream fat, add well-beaten eggs and seasonings. The add matzoh meal and mix well.If consistency is too liquidy add more matzoh meal Put in fridge for several hours.
Make into balls and try one by dropping in pot of boiling water. If it doesn't hold together, add more matzoh meal. Cook, stirring to keep from sticking to bottom of the pot, for 10-15 minutes.
